Terms & Conditions – PartyCraze

By booking or using any service provided by PartyCraze, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from PartyCraze and payment of the applicable advance amount.
  • Availability of decoration items, dates and service teams is subject to confirmation.
  • Customers must provide accurate event date, time, venue and contact information.

2. Advance Payment

  • An advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
  • The advance amount, balance payment and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Work may not be started until the required advance has been received.

3. Decoration & Service

  • Final decoration may vary slightly from reference photographs due to venue conditions, product availability, lighting, colour variation and other practical factors.
  • PartyCraze may make reasonable substitutions with similar-quality items when a particular item is unavailable.
  • Venue access must be provided at the agreed time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct venue information.
  • Ensuring timely access to the venue.
  • Providing adequate space and necessary permissions.
  • Informing PartyCraze about venue restrictions in advance.
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra decoration or services requested after confirmation.
  • Changes in venue or setup requirements.
  • Additional travel or transportation requirements.
  • Waiting time caused by delayed venue access.
  • Damage or loss of PartyCraze property caused by the customer or guests.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation is subject to PartyCraze's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Force Majeure

PartyCraze will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, strikes, venue closure or other unforeseen events.

8. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
