Booking Terms:

• Minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining payment must be cleared before or at the time of setup.
• Booking is subject to availability of date, time, and venue.
• Any changes in theme, design, or venue must be informed at least 48 hours before the event.
• Advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Decoration materials remain the property of PartyCraze unless otherwise specified.
• Client is responsible for arranging venue permissions, electricity, and space for setup.
• Additional requirements requested during setup will be charged separately.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be as per venue rules.
• PartyCraze is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
