• Booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment.
• Entry time and location should be shared prior to the event; delays may affect the setup.
• Duration for fog entry will be 10-15 minutes maximum 
• Power Supply for water bowling is by client or by hotel necessary.
• If power supply not provided by client then it will not operate.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per notice period.
• Service provider is not responsible for weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen delays.
• By booking, the client agrees to all the above terms.

Yes, we use non-toxic, water-based fog that is safe for children and indoor use.

7. Do you need a power supply at the venue?

Yes, a standard power point is required. Please inform us in advance if power backup is needed.

8. What happens if the event is delayed?

Minor delays are manageable. Significant delays may affect scheduling with other events—please inform us as early as possible.

9. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
