Shipping & Service Delivery Policy – PartyCraze

PartyCraze primarily provides birthday, baby celebration, balloon and event decoration services. Since our services are delivered at the customer's selected event venue, conventional product shipping does not generally apply.

1. Service Delivery

PartyCraze delivers and installs the booked decoration at the agreed event venue, subject to location, date and team availability.

The service date, setup timing and venue details will be confirmed with the customer before the event.

2. Delivery & Setup

Our team will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the agreed time and complete the decoration setup before the scheduled event time.

Customers are requested to provide timely access to the venue.

3. Service Locations

PartyCraze currently provides decoration services in Patna and selected nearby areas.

Availability may depend on the event location, date, distance, team availability and transportation requirements.

Additional transportation charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

4. Delivery / Transportation Charges

Where applicable, transportation, delivery or travel charges will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the booking.

Any additional transportation requirement caused by a change in venue or event location may result in additional charges.

5. Delays

PartyCraze makes reasonable efforts to complete setup on time. However, delays may occur due to:

• Traffic or road conditions
• Weather conditions
• Venue access restrictions
• Delayed access to the venue
• Unexpected technical or logistical issues
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to the customer.

6. Venue Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that our team can access the venue at the agreed setup time.

If access is delayed, additional waiting or labour charges may apply where applicable.

7. Changes to Delivery Location

Any change to the event venue after booking must be communicated to PartyCraze as soon as possible.

A location change is subject to availability and may result in additional transportation, labour or other charges.

8. Physical Product Shipping

PartyCraze does not generally ship customized decoration setups, balloons or event installations as standalone products.

If PartyCraze offers any physical product for delivery in the future, separate delivery, return and exchange terms may apply.
